Key Responsibilities
Build long-term partnerships with brands, acting as a strategic consultant for eCommerce and Amazon advertising
Direct and mentor a team, fostering professional growth through support and feedback
Lead the development of forecasts, media plans, and profitability reports, translating analytics into growth strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing consumer brands in Amazon / eCommerce environments
2+ years of team leadership experience in an agency setting
Proven track record in agency account direction and multi-brand management
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
High self-motivation and ability to exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment
