A company is looking for a Pharmacist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Review prescriber medication orders for safety and efficacy and approve medication for dispensing

Evaluate medication therapy and make recommendations to ensure optimal patient care

Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and counsel patients on medication usage

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree required

Hospital experience or completion of ASHP-accredited Residency preferred

Pharmacist licensure in the residing state is required

State Pharmacist licensure in KS and NE is required; additional state licenses may be needed
