Green Energy Biofuel is seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief Financial Officer to help lead our next phase of growth. As a mission-driven company transforming waste into renewable resources, we need a CFO who is more than a number-cruncher—someone who can advise the CEO, guide capital allocation, and shape our financial future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Lead financial planning, capital allocation, and M&A activities.
  • Deliver budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting to drive decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance, oversee risk management, and maintain audit readiness.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA / MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles (asset-heavy industries a plus).
  • Experience with M&A, capital raises, and scaling finance operations.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills.
