Your Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare detailed civil engineering plans, drawings, and specifications for residential, commercial, and municipal projects.
• Manage the full permitting process with city, county, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
• Conduct comprehensive site evaluations, feasibility studies, and due diligence reports.
• Provide critical project support including cost estimating, scheduling, and technical coordination.
• Oversee active construction projects to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency from design through completion.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to achieve project goals and performance standards.
• Apply expertise in stormwater management, utilities, and site design to create sustainable, practical solutions.

What You Bring to the Role

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

1-10 years of proven experience in land development, municipal engineering, or stormwater management.

Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D for design and documentation.

Strong working knowledge of Florida building codes, environmental regulations, and permitting standards.

Preferred : Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Florida.

Preferred : Excellent communication, time management, and analytical thinking skills.
