A company is looking for a Dispute Representative - BankCard to perform dispute-related functions for various card types.
Key Responsibilities
Perform functions related to consumer debit, prepaid, and credit cards, including retrieving documentation and managing accounts
Conduct dispute resolution in accordance with regulatory guidelines and report activity to card associations
Manage incoming calls regarding disputes, account statuses, and assist with commercial card service requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of customer service experience required
Preferred experience in banking and / or bankcard services
Basic knowledge of the banking industry and best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
