A company is looking for a CAD / CAFM System & Audit Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the launch and delivery of a large-scale Occupancy Planning Audit Program

Manage a team of CAD / CAFM Analysts and oversee training and mentoring

Ensure data quality processes and accurate space audit procedures are implemented

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7-15 years of corporate experience

Experience in space / occupancy planning and managing diverse teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong project management skills with an ability to structure and manage projects effectively

High perseverance and resourcefulness with a process-oriented mindset
