Business Analyst (Hybrid)

What youll be doing...

In this key role you will act as a liaison between business operations and development to build or enhance internal systems websites mobile applications and reports. On occasion you may also act as project manager taking the project from initial request to addition to business analysis skills a background in employee benefits or accounting is helpful but not required.

This position has a hybrid work schedule with 3 days per week (Tue / Wed / Thu) on-site in our Seattle office.

As a Business Analyst you will :

• Partner with business stakeholders subject matter experts compliance and IT to elicit analyze and document business needs
• Translate business operational and regulatory needs into clear functional requirements user stories and acceptance criteria
• Server as a liaison between business users and development teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment
• Analyze current-state processes and systems; document future-state workflows and recommend improvements
• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation including business requirements functional specifications process flows and data mappings
• Ensure requirements and solutions align with data governance security and compliance standards
