Adult Only Primary Care 1-hour from Chicago :  Salary = $275,000

An exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Physician to join a team of Physicians and APP's in an outpatient only setting! The patient demographic is young and healthy and you will enjoy a fully integrated healthcare model and an organization with a patient first mission. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Internal Medicine MD / DO passionate about quality care, patient outcomes, with a prevention focus. New graduates and visas are welcome to apply. Preference will be give to Spanish speaking candidates.

• 100% outpatient
• Salary = $275,000
• Average 16-20 ppd
• 31 PAID days off / year
• Loan Repayment
