[job_card.job_description]Serve legal documents within assigned areas Use ProVest's proprietary mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile) to manage assignments Pick up original case files from courthouses and return completed documents Plan your own route and manage your own schedule Provide friendly and professional service at every doorstep Live in or near the listed counties Have strong time management and organizational skills Are comfortable working independently Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Are tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps Are committed to honesty, accuracy, and professionalism Reside in Florida (near the counties listed preferred) Able to commit to 35 service days per week, including Saturdays Complete 1520 service attempts per day Willing to go to courthouses for document pick-up and drop-off Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance Access to a printer, computer, and scanner Ability to work variable hours (mornings, evenings, weekends) Comfortable using a mobile app for assignments and documentation Private Investigators Experienced Process Servers Law Enforcement or Security Professionals

ProVest, one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in the following Florida counties :
- Broward & Lake Counties
Applicants must reside in Florida, preferably near the counties listed above.
About the Role
As a Private Process Server with ProVest, you'll work independently to deliver legal documents for some of the country's most prominent law firms and financial institutions. The documents range from foreclosure and collection proceedings to civil and litigation notices.
This is a 1099 contract position, paid weekly per job completed.

Support provided includes a designated Florida liaison for operational support. Original case files will be mailed to you, and since you'll be classified as a "non-local" server, you won't need to report in person to a ProVest office.
