A company is looking for a Divisional Controller.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a financial advisor, providing strategic insights to drive growth and profitability
Oversee divisional accounting, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance
Lead performance management initiatives and support operational efficiency across business units
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required; CPA required, MBA preferred
12-15+ years of finance and accounting experience, including divisional controllership roles
Experience managing P&Ls exceeding $100 million across multiple business units
Deep expertise in project-based accounting and revenue recognition standards under ASC 606
Experience in a private-equity-backed or performance-driven environment
