A company is looking for an IT Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Provide white-glove technical support for executives and manage hardware lifecycle processes
Deliver Level 1 technical support for workstations and mobile devices while troubleshooting issues
Collaborate with the IT Support team to enhance service delivery and assist with user onboarding / offboarding
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or a service desk role
Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
Familiarity with user account provisioning and fundamental networking concepts
Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management processes
Relevant certifications such as A+, ITF+, or similar are advantageous but not mandatory
