We are looking for a Lead UI / UX Designer, Web who combines visual design excellence with a deep understanding of user experience. The ideal candidate is obsessed with understanding how users interact with our website and uses that insight to continuously improve user flow and drive conversions-particularly demo bookings, our primary success metric. You'll own the UX of our web presence, ensuring every page is accessible, mobile-optimized, and strategically designed to guide visitors toward action.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the UX and visual design of our website, with a focus on optimizing user journeys that drive demo bookings and other key conversions.
• Design mobile-first experiences that translate seamlessly across all devices and screen sizes.
• Champion accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure our website is usable by everyone, regardless of ability.
• Analyze user behavior through heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Plan and execute A / B tests and usability studies to validate design decisions and iterate based on real user data.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate user flows and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to align design decisions with business goals and technical requirements.
• Maintain and evolve our design system and Figma component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Mentor a junior designer, providing guidance on both craft and UX thinking.
• Stay current with UX best practices, accessibility guidelines, and emerging web design trends.
