Key Responsibilities

As a CNC Programmer, you will collaborate closely with machinists, fellow programmers, and the quality team while working with state-of-the-art CNC technology.

Program CNC 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis mills, live-tooling lathes, Swiss screw machines, and Wire EDM equipment

Analyze CAD and solid models to develop efficient, repeatable machining strategies

Plan jobs by aligning part requirements with machine capabilities, capacity, and machinist skill sets

Provide shop-floor support including setups, process troubleshooting, and optimization

Assist with project quoting, process planning, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Experience

Experience programming hard materials such as steel, titanium, Inconel, or engineered plastics on 3-axis and 4-axis mills

OR

Experience programming 5-axis mills in an aluminum production environment

Strong problem-solving mindset with a desire to learn and work with advanced manufacturing technologies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Matsuura machining centers

Proficiency with Mastercam and / or Esprit CAM software

Familiarity with AS9100 quality systems and GD&T

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay range of $49–$55 , based on experience

Overtime paid for hours over 8 per day or 40 per week, with an average of approximately 10 overtime hours weekly
