Sr. Business Developer

NewGen Technologies is an IT Services provider with a 25+ year history specializing in Government Contracting.   We’re seeking a technology-centric Sr. Business Developer that can secure new business and drive the growth of our Technology Services and IT Staffing capabilities.

NewGen will offer a handsome base salary, aggressive commissions and a share in the profitability of the business unit.

Key Responsibilities / Attributes :

• Must Reside in the Washington DC Metro Area
• 5+ years’ BD / Sales experience in Federal / DoD / Intel Space
• Formalize our sales organization, define our sales approach, select prospecting tools, create marketing strategies, identify industry events to attend and build a team.
• Thorough understanding of Federal Government contracting
• Effectively build, manage, and continually develop a sales pipeline to achieve targets.
• Participate in sales, positioning, and strategy discussions with company leadership.
• Facilitate prospective customers’ understanding of NewGen capabilities and help identify solution offerings that will meet their needs.
• Lead pricing and positioning strategies for new and existing clients.
