You're the face of Smalls! As a Squad Member, you’re the welcoming committee, the smile behind the counter, and the one keeping the vibe high. You'll take orders, run food, and make sure guests leave happier than they came in.

Requirements:

• Greet guests like they’re family—because they are
• Take orders with speed, accuracy, and maybe even a little flair
• Deliver food hot, fresh, and fast
• Keep dining and service areas clean and inviting
• Handle transactions and operate the POS system like a pro
• Communicate clearly with BOH and management to keep everything running smooth
