DESCRIPTION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : A Specialty Production Control Coordinator is responsible for setting up the flow wrapper machine (ULMA), ensuring all sandwiches going through are wrapped properly with bag length and width, and maintain counts of the carts that are produced. Must also monitor the fin and crimped end seals. Must be detailed oriented since the operator is also responsible for troubleshooting when the flow wrapper machine stops working or is not functioning properly. Maintain the production line in compliance with sanitation standards set by LSG Sky Chefs, FDA, USDA, BRC, and Customer regulations. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS : Ability to push, lift up to 30 lbs. and push up to 75 lbs on rolling stock Good communication skills, (English) read, write Able to work inside a refrigerated environment

Compensation details : 15.75 Hourly Wage
