Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Internal Float Pool!

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

    • Your Schedule :

  • Self-scheduled shifts with a commitment of 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, and 1 Weekend per 6-week schedule.
  • Work a third shift from 7 PM to 7 AM.
  • Participate in a minimal holiday rotation (1 summer & 1 winter).

    This role is perfect for those seeking variety and growth opportunities within one hospital environment. You'll rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units , gaining diverse clinical experiences on every shift.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.
  • Float between various units, adapting quickly while ensuring clinical excellence.

    • Qualifications We're Looking For :

  • Experience : Minimum of 18 months in Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).
  • Flexibility : Availability to work required days per 6-week schedule.

    • Training & Skills Provided :

  • Training in ACLS, NIHSS, and IV Ultrasound.
  • Cross-training opportunities to become a Charge Nurse.

    Licenses & Certifications Required :

  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
