What Youll Do :
- Provide tier 2 / 3 support for mission-critical applications including Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace, Zoom Enterprise, Zendesk, NetSuite, HubSpot, and others.
- Manage identity governance, including SSO, MFA, provisioning, and full user lifecycle management.
- Optimize workflows and implement automation using Zapier, APIs, or custom scripts.
- Build dashboards, audits, and reports that transform data into actionable insights.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, training materials, and lead onboarding sessions for end users.
- Collaborate across teams and coordinate with vendors for escalations and feature enhancements.
What Were Looking For :
5+ years of experience in SaaS administration within high-growth or high-performance environments.Strong expertise in Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace Enterprise, Zoom Enterprise, and other core SaaS platforms.Proactive troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.Nice to Have :
Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Google Apps Script.Understanding of compliance frameworks (PCI, HIPAA) and Zero Trust security principles.Why Join :
