Ready to make a difference in the lives of seniors while enjoying the beauty of Colorado? FullShift Staffing is seeking a passionate and licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehab services at a skilled nursing facility.
Evaluate residents and create personalized treatment plans.
Deliver skilled therapy services focused on improving mobility, strength, and independence.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
Guide and support PTAs in executing treatment plans.
Accurately document services and track patient progress.
Active PT License.
Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach.
Skilled nursing or geriatric experience a plus (but not required).
Flexible schedule options + Flexible Position Offerings (Contract or Permanent Hire).
