COTA - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

  • Must have at least 7 years of experience
  • Candidate will need to be able to act as DOR and treating therapist
  • Rehab Optima Experience Preferred
  • PTA / COTA preferred
  • Contract : 13 weeks
  • Start : ASAP
  • Extensions common
  • Schedules available :
  • Some day shift
  • Pay Rate :
  • $35.10 / hr
  • Pay breakdown (taxable / non-taxable) can be discussed
  • Must have BLS
  • Must have clean background
