General Dentistry openings in Northern California near Modesto, CA

• 2 locations available. 2 positions available.
• First location is 30 minutes from Merced, CA, 2.5 hours from Sacramento, CA, and 1 hour and 20 minutes from Modesto, CA. Will join 2 existing Dentists in practice.
• 2nd office location is 1 hour from Modesto, CA and 1 hour and 50 minutes from Sacramento, CA. Will join a part-time dentist so will eventually be 2.5 dentists in practice. New office and dental lab being finished soon at this site.
• Permanent positions only. No locums or part-time available.
• Group is completing a brand new 3-million-dollar dental office and dental lab this year.
• Guaranteed Base salary starting in the $190,000 - $210,000 range. Incentive bonuses for production and quality measures.
• Group works with primarily 5 native American tribes in the region.
• 13 patient encounters per day. Group pays $25 per patient over 13 if you desire to see more patients.
• Monday - Friday schedule from 8 am - 5 pm. No weekends or call.
• NextGen EMR
• Group offers primary care services, behavioral health, dental, optometry and ambulatory services.
• Covid vaccination is required.
• Group covers 100% health, dental and vision for employee. 403B retirement plan with 4% contribution after 3 months of employment.
• PTO of 15 days per year plus 8 sick days, 12 paid holidays (2 personal holidays) and 5 days of CME with $2,000 budget. 40 total day of PTO.
• $10,000 signing bonus and $10,000 relocation bonus.
• CA dental license and DEA required.
• Credentialing process can be done in 30-60 days. Group is willing to wait for a candidate who is not CA licensed.
