We are seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to help identify and engage top talent. This person will play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines and supporting recruiting efforts. Responsibilities include :

• Focus on outbound sourcing to find and attract qualified candidates
• Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights to identify talent
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Flex into full-cycle recruiting when needed

Qualifications :

Work Environment : This position is located in Louisville, CO. This is an aerospace & defense company.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, CO.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $57.69 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following :
