Job Title : Recycling Lead

Job Overview

• Partner with Maintenance / Recycle Manager on all challenges, decisions, adjustments or changes to be made to ensure that all aspects of the Bob's business plan are considered and followed
• Thoroughly understand Bob's Discount Furniture Company & Department Policies and procedures
• Ensure that department training plan encompasses quality, speed and accuracy
• Mentor, guide, coach and train other Recycling employees in recycling materials, safe cleaning and material handling practices
• Provide updates to Managers throughout the day on all day-to-day activities and progress of associates
• Sort materials, operate forklift, and clamp trucks
• Delegate tasks and follow up
• All other duties as assigned

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities :

$20.00 - $23.00 / hour (Based on Experience)
