ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY :

The Administrative Assistant at HUB International is an integral member of our team. They are often the first face our customers see or speak with on a daily basis. A successful receptionist will be friendly and helpful at all times. They are prompt and courteous answering phones and greeting customers, as well as providing support to other department members.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE :

You are perfect for this opportunity if you hold a high school diploma / GED (some college preferred), and at least 1 year ofoffice / administrativeexperience. Additionally, if you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment, and if you can hold your own while working a computer (Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook), you will find our HUB culture a great fit.
