Job Title : Skilled Equipment Operator - Crown High Reach

Overview :

Join our dynamic team in Fontana, CA, as a Crown High Reach Operator! In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operations, utilizing your expertise to ensure efficient movement of materials throughout our facility. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the seamless flow of our supply chain, making a significant impact every day. With a schedule of Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 : 30 PM, you'll enjoy a balanced work-life rhythm while being part of a committed team.

Required Skills :

  • Proven experience operating Crown high reach forklifts or similar equipment.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to perform basic maintenance checks on equipment.
  • Excellent spatial awareness and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have Skills :

  • Certification to operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Previous experience in inventory management or logistics.

    • Preferred Education and Experience :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in equipment operation or warehouse settings.

    • Other Requirements :

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and potentially overtime during peak periods.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
