Description

Join our dedicated team as a Sterile Processing Supervisor, where you will lead an exceptional group committed to excellence in patient care. You will manage staff, processes, and supply resources while spearheading quality improvement projects to ensure our services remain of the highest quality. Your leadership will provide both clinical and operational support, overseeing vital information systems for effective SPD functioning. You will also play a hands-on role within the clinical environment, evaluating and assuring new technology when necessary.

Required qualifications :

• Upon hire : National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association.
• Upon hire : National Certified Healthcare Leader - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association. Or
• Upon hire : National Certified Instrument Specialist - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association.
• 2 years of sterile processing experience.
