Tasks

Manage day-to-day office operations to guarantee a smooth organized work environment.

Handle payroll processing using ADP ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

Execute HR functions such as employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records.

Support on local implementation of compliance requirements.

Assist management with scheduling correspondence and task follow-up.

Identify areas for process improvement and proactively take initiative to implement solutions.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

Proven previous experience in office administration HR or related fields is necessary.

Familiarity with payroll processing especially using ADP.

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.

Open-minded attitude adaptable and a quick learner.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced small office environment.

No formal diploma is required but Administration and HR related certifications will be considered a plus.
