Job Summary Birds’ Barbers and Stylists are versatile and efficient. They value and exude a positive, inclusive demeanor, and appreciate a salon/barbershop atmosphere where quality and approachability intersect.
Responsibilities

• Be proficient in all cutting and service techniques offered by Birds
• Be knowledgeable and able to educate and recommend all haircare products offered by Birds
• Share responsibility for shop cleaning duties as assigned
• Operate according to all TDLR guidelines.
• Own and maintain high-quality tools; shears, combs, brushes, clippers, trimmers, blow-dryers, nape razors, and blades. Come prepared to work with your tools at scheduled shifts.
• Attend all mandatory meetings and education when scheduled by Birds leadership
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude in the workplace and commit to upholding Birds’ no-drama policy
• Contribute to a teamwork environment by communicating, listening, and being proactive and helpful
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hair cutting experience
• Cosmetology and/or Barber License
