We are looking for a Yard Assistant to join our team in Fallbrook, CA

Essential Job Functions :

• Meet & Greet customers
• Assist customers with product selection and sales
• Load customer vehicles, checking for accuracy
• Weigh trucks when needed
• Coordinate yard upkeep with yard foreman
• Ensure proper tagging, weighing, and storage of products
• Ensure scales and yard areas are clean of debris
• Maintain tool cleanliness and product organization / visibility in yard
• Operate equipment as needed using checklist and safety measures
• Assist Drivers when needed
• Establish sales leads from customers
• Participate in progressive training on current and new product lines
• Complete product knowledge testing
