SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager, Construction Systems to lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of core construction software platforms—primarily Procore—in support of our utility-scale project portfolio. This role will serve as a key liaison between field operations, engineering, finance, and IT, ensuring that systems and workflows promote project compliance, cost control, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in construction technology and a strong background in program governance, process development, and cross-functional collaboration. The Program Manager, Construction Systems will report to the Director of Digital Innovation & IT, or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. This is a hybrid position based out of Houston, TX office three days per week and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm or 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 5%.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the roadmap and lifecycle management of Procore and adjacent construction platforms (e.g., SAP integration, scheduling, document control).
• Partner with construction and operations leaders to standardize best-in-class SOPs across key workflows including RFIs, Submittals, Budgeting, and Change Orders.
• Develop and monitor compliance reporting and audit mechanisms to ensure adherence to contractual, safety, and procedural standards.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Project Controls to ensure accurate forecasting, cost tracking, and invoice validation within Procore and integrated systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedback, usage analytics, and evolving business needs.
• Support onboarding, training, and change management efforts across field and office users.
• Serve as the product owner for Procore, managing configuration requests, permission models, and vendor escalation.
• Partner with IT and security to ensure systems meet governance, data integrity, and cybersecurity standards.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position
• Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by Management
