The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you will lead the development and
implementation of AI-driven automation strategies that enhance data management and improve
operational productivity. As a Senior Manager you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging
your knowledge to drive results and maintain operational excellence while mentoring
performance-oriented teams to solve complex problems. This role offers the chance to work at
the forefront of AI and data quality, working with diverse stakeholders to promote innovative
solutions and maintain the integrity of enterprise data systems.

- Streamline data management processes to enhance operational effectiveness
- Serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on data quality and integrity
- Mentor and develop top-performing teams to tackle complex challenges
- Maintain adherence to industry standards in enterprise data systems
- Analyze and interpret data trends to inform decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement in data management strategies
What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 6 years of experience in progressive roles on data analytics, data management, quality
assurance processes/technology

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering
