Job Title : Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist

Job Description

This role involves engaging with customers to assist them with products either incoming or outgoing, managing data entry related to the buying and selling of scrap, processing customer payments, and addressing customer inquiries or issues over the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with incoming customers to assist with product transactions.
  • Enter data into the company database for all buying and selling of scrap.
  • Process customer payments efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls to address customer questions or resolve issues.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in data entry.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Clerical abilities.

  • At least one year of experience in customer service combined with data entry.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00 / hr.
