Data Entry Specialist

Data Entry Specialist -  $15.00 - $18.50 an hour

We’re looking for someone who can positively interact with our customers as well as other employees. As an Invoicing Specialist, we expect you to process utility property and damage claims in accordance , established guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

Verify that data is accurate and complete

Analyze information to determine the correct party is being billed

Record claim information via data entry into CMR's customized software applications

Respond to client requests for information via email and telephone

Respond to internal requests for information via internal request workflow

Communicate with co-workers, management and clients in a courteous and professional manner

Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Education and Experience Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent

1 years of billing and / or insurance claims experience

1+years of clerical experience strongly preferred
