We support over 20,000 restaurants across North America , helping process $1B+ in gross food sales while saving our partners over $700M in third-party commission fees . Through our white-label ordering solutions, a growing demand network (including Google, Yelp, Apple, and Snap), and a diner-friendly marketplace, we empower independent restaurants to own their customer relationships and avoid inflated pricing and fees charged by 3rd party delivery apps like Uber and Doordash.

About the Position :

We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to build and scale the programs that power our sales organization. You’ll be the architect of ChowNow’s enablement foundation—creating onboarding, training, and sales excellence programs from the ground up—and then evolve into a field-embedded leader who coaches, measures, and continuously optimizes performance.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role that blends strategic design with on-the-floor execution. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to ensure every rep is equipped, confident, and consistently delivering world-class sales experiences.

This is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles or Miami with a 3 days a week in office requirement where collaboration, feedback, and shared energy fuel success.

Reports to the Director of Professional Development & Success; No Direct Reports.

Specifically You Will :

  • Design, own, and scale ChowNow’s end-to-end sales enablement engine—building the programs, tools, and frameworks that drive consistent performance across every segment.
  • Architect a best-in-class onboarding experience that accelerates time to productivity and sets clear ramp milestones.
  • Build and evolve a Sales Excellence Framework —the standards, playbooks, talk tracks, and coaching models that define how ChowNow sells.
  • Launch a continuous learning cadence through live training, workshops, and skill sprints focused on discovery, storytelling, negotiation, and deal control.
  • Coach and support frontline managers and reps, reinforcing best practices through call reviews, shadowing, and data-driven feedback loops.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to translate GTM priorities, messaging, and launches into actionable field execution.
  • Track and report enablement impact—improvements in win rate, ramp time, deal velocity, and rep productivity.
  • Act as the voice of the field , surfacing insights on what’s working, where reps are stuck, and how we can continuously raise the bar.

You Should Apply If You :

  • Have 4–7 years of experience in sales enablement, sales management, or high-performing SaaS sales .
  • Have a proven track record building enablement programs from zero to scale in a high-growth environment.
  • Are obsessed with performance—you measure success by outcomes, not activity.
  • Are an exceptional communicator and facilitator who knows how to engage, inspire, and develop talent.
  • Are analytical and data-driven; you use insights to guide where and how you coach.
  • Are collaborative by nature, with the ability to influence across Sales, Marketing, and Product organizations.
  • Have deep familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and LMS platforms.

  • Estimated On Target Earnings (OTE) : $130,000- $170,000 (depending on candidate location and experience)
