Job Description :

Performs routine procedures following written work instructions to complete manufacturing processes.

Operates production equipment.

Maintains documentation on manufacturing processes to comply with organization and regulatory standards.

Maintains clean manufacturing areas, equipment, and materials.

Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Responsible for plant Sifting operations to ensure maximum quality and quantity in accordance with the company's operation objectives while maintaining a safe environment.

Read batch card, work orders, recipes, or formulas in order to operate sifting equipment per specifications.

May draw sample of product for laboratory analysis.

Listen for malfunction alarms, and shut down equipment and notify supervisors when necessary.

Record production and data, such as processing steps, product characteristics, batches processed, etc.

Follow all Company Safety Policies.

Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and mail

Qualifications :

Education; High School Diploma or equivalent

General Cleaning

Master sanitation skill

Attention to details

Machine Operation & Technical Proficiency

Technical Certification Bonus : Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
