Outside Sales Representative – Athens, GA
Pay: $40,000–$60,000 base salary + monthly commission

We are now hiring for an Outside Sales Representative in the Athens, Georgia area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone motivated by both earning potential and helping people find meaningful employment.

This role involves selling staffing services to clients in the construction, warehouse, and light industrial industries. While previous outside sales experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.

Position Details:

• Full-time, salary plus commission
• Must be available for after-hours networking events and to take client calls as needed on evenings and weekends
• Travel throughout the Athens area to meet clients and prospects

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client visits
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships
• Identify potential customers using lead sources such as directories, databases, and industry networks
• Travel throughout your territory to meet with customers and promote staffing services
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and customer applications
• Complete job site surveys for new and existing clients
• Track and report weekly sales activity and results
• Meet or exceed weekly customer call quotas

Requirements:

• Previous business-to-business (B2B) sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation for client visits
