Marketing and Lead generation support

• Learn to sell auto, home, life, and business insurance products
• Assist clients by identifying coverage needs and providing solutions
• Develop strong customer relationships and follow up with prospects
• Support daily agency operations and customer service activities
• Participate in training, coaching, and mentorship

• Must be open to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License with support from our District Office
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Achievement of self-generated written premium targets as set by the program
• Motivated, proactive individual with a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
• Demonstrates a solid work ethic paired with strong leadership abilities.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous and may be preferred based on location.
