Position Summary:

• Experience in an assisted living - memory care environment caring for older adults.
• Providing direct personal care and supervision to residents in accordance with resident’s individualized service plan.
• Offer choices, maintain, and promote dignity and individuality in order to enhance the resident’s individuality, satisfaction, and quality of life.
• Respond quickly to resident alerts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident’s information.
• Protect & honor resident rights.
