We have a strong pipeline of business, and the growth we are experiencing is exciting. We are currently searching for an experienced, ambitious EPC Scheduler for Utility-Scale Solar Energy Projects. We are looking for future leaders with a proven track record.

Reports to : Scheduling / Planning Manager

Works closely with : Subcontractors, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Controls, and Field Construction Staff

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the project team with all scheduling and planning activities.
• Develop, own, and maintain the P6 master schedule for your assigned projects.
• Collect progress information from Subcontractors and integrate their data into the master P6 schedule.
• Facilitate weekly schedule update meetings with the project teams.
• Provide project analytics and KPIs for month-end project financial reporting (earned value, SPI, milestone progress, etc.).
• Compile schedule and progress reports (Actual vs. Plan and S-curves).
• Enforce project team compliance to maintain schedule integrity.
• Assist in the development of bid / proposal schedules and forecasts.
• Communicate risk and opportunities based on analysis of the schedule.
