Job Title : Administrative Assistant

Location : Willow Grove, PA (100% Onsite)

Position Type : Contract-to-Hire

Pay Range : $20-$21 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who thrives in an onsite environment and has a passion for writing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting clear, professional communications while supporting day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications, reports, and documentation.
  • Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records and organize files for easy retrieval.
  • Assist with data entry and prepare presentations or written materials as needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
