About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Strategy & Corporate Accounting Lead to join our Finance and Accounting team. This role is perfect for a young, driven professional who is passionate about media, entertainment, and technology. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the monthly accounting close process including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Prepare monthly P&Ls with actual vs. budget and forecast for each Division / Department, and research variances as needed
• Responsible for maintaining the A / R aging and ensuring timely collection of receivables
• Maintain revenue recognition schedules based on legal agreements and relevant accounting guidance
• Work with the A / P team to ensure invoices are coded correctly and processed in a timely manner
• Assist with cash management including preparation of the cash flow (direct method) and cash forecasting
• Participate in the preparation of the annual operating plan and quarterly forecast
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Respond to management questions by researching and analyzing data
• Support special projects and process improvement initiatives
• Research technical accounting issues as needed

Salary & Benefits :

Salary :  $100K - $140K, plus bonus
