The Role

We’re looking for a high-drive B2B Sales Rep to grow and manage our plumber referral network . This is a contact-sport field sales role—headhunting new partners, maintaining strong relationships, and being visible in the market every day.

What You’ll Do

Hunt and sign new plumbing partners across Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin

Maintain and grow existing accounts through consistent in-person visits

Track referral trends and re-engage partners quickly

Represent Apex at shops, events, job sites, and industry gatherings

Ensure partners receive fast communication and world-class service

Keep CRM updated with visits, activity, and pipeline

More active plumber partners month over month

Steady increase in referral volume

Strong field presence and visible brand growth

High partner satisfaction and long-term retention

What You Bring

2–5+ years B2B field sales experience (trade / home services preferred)

True hunter mentality with comfort walking into any shop or job site

Strong communication, follow-up, and territory discipline

Flexibility to support a 24 / 7 emergency service business

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
