The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient entry of Bills of Material (BOM) and Bills of Lading (BOL) into our ERP system (Made-2-Manage). This role involves close collaboration with the production and purchasing departments to ensure seamless operations and technical clarity.

COMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS (knowledge, skills, and abilities)

  • Previous experience with ERP systems, preferably Made-2-Manage, and familiarity with BOM and BOL processes.
  • Personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, etc. Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)

  • 2 years or more experience in ERP systems and BOM creation.
  • Professional certification related to ERP systems or supply chain management is preferred.
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

    • What you will be responsible for :

  • Accurately enter and maintain Bills of Material in the Made-2-Manage ERP system.
  • Ensure all Bills of Lading are correctly prepared and entered into the ERP system.
  • Work closely with the production team to prepare tools and production stations.
  • Provide ongoing support to the production department to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist the purchasing department with technical clarifications and ensure all materials are correctly specified and ordered.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Self-motivated with a positive and optimistic attitude; team orientation with good leadership skills empathy and motivating cross-functional team members to common goal; display persistence, vision and positive attitude.
  • Good organizational skills and capable of independent work. Able to work effectively with all levels of management.
  • Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work onsite.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department.
  • Travel required up to 10% of time.
