Compensation :
$100,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities :
- Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible
- Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business
- Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
- Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims
- Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies
Qualifications :
Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desiredPrior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonusCurrent Life & Health insurance license is greatly valuedExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredCustomer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valuedStrong work ethic : You recognize the irreplaceable value of hard work and what it takes to achieve your financial goalsHigh integrity : You uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics and embrace the opportunity to become a highly visible member of your communityProven history of leadership / management : You have a proven background in building and managing within a business development roleLife and Health Insurance License (Preferred)Excellent communication and presentation skillsAbout Company
