A company is looking for a Patient Billing Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer 80+ inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers
Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of customer service work experience
1 year of call center work experience (preferred)
1 year of experience in medical billing, patient billing, or insurance claims (preferred)
Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
