Experienced Tile Setter-Installer

As a Tile Setter/Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tiles and flooring across various projects. The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. You must have a valid driver’s license, be willing to travel, have your own basic tools, and bring a strong work ethic to every project.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently or as part of a crew, depending on project needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on all job sites.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and fellow team members.
• Arrive on time and adhere to project schedules, ensuring timely completion of work.
• Represent the company professionally in the field by maintaining a clean, groomed appearance, with a uniform that is always clean and presentable.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
• Experience with installing different types of tiles and flooring
• Familiarity with different types of tiles and flooring (ceramic, porcelain, stone, etc.).
• Expertise in troweling and providing correct pitch for drainage.
• Meticulous eye for detail.
