We're looking for an experienced Quality Inspector for 1st and 2nd Shifts . You will have the opportunity to work with an experience and highly motivated team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Inspection & Quality Assurance : Conduct detailed inspections of engine parts using precision measurement tools. Review specifications and blueprints to ensure compliance with aerospace standards. Identify and disposition non-conforming parts.

• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of inspection results, measurement data, and non-conformance reports. Prepare and submit First Article Inspection (FAI) packages and special process documentation.
• Collaboration : Work closely with engineering and production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with other inspectors to share best practices and improve inspection methods.
• Continuous Improvement : Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancement and optimizing inspection techniques.
• Training Support : Assist in training new team members on inspection protocols, quality standards, and the use of measurement equipment.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality regulations, and company policies throughout all inspection activities.
• Problem-Solving : Utilize root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques to address quality issues, implementing effective preventive measures.
