Competitive compensation package of minimum $75,000 maximum $79,500

Benefits include :

Vacation : minimum of two (2) weeks

Key Responsibilities :

• Manages the warranty process in accordance with company policy and within the parameters established by the manufacturers. Claims need to be filed in a timely manner.
• Performs periodic audits of maintenance systems to ensure claims are getting flagged for potential warranty. Reports discrepancies to the warranty director to modify the warranty agreements.
• Identifies product deficiencies and failure trends and communicates this information to the Technical Department. Tracks TSR reports as they relate to warranty.
• Maintains database of all warranty claims and their current status. Proper follow-up with manufacturers on aged claims.
• Works in partnership with the technical team to ensure the timely processing of recalls and campaigns.
• Work closely with maintenance staff to follow up on warranty questions and gather additional information required to process claims promptly.
