Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned customer base to identify security gaps and expand service offerings
Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure timely completion of initiatives
Organize customer information across platforms and maintain project plans for client requirements
Required Qualifications
2+ years of client or customer success experience with upsell and renewal responsibilities
Experience in developing processes and managing projects in a technology-based service organization
Understanding of SIEM technology operations (e.g., Sentinel, Splunk, Elastic)
Proven ability to build trust through honesty and integrity
Aptitude for technology knowledge and previous experience with project management tools
