Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager to support the management of our operations. As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for working directly with your Site Managers to oversee daily operations, maintain customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager in overseeing car wash, detailing and lube services operations
• Supervise and manage a team of CSAs
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction, addressing customer concerns, complaints, and resolving issues
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards of cleanliness
• Collaborate with Site Manager to develop and implement sales growth strategies
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Perform maintenance tasks, such as greasing and pit cleaning
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the auto services industry
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel to visit multiple locations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks, responsibilities, and urgencies simultaneously
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in a dynamic environment, with frequent exposure to noise, water, oil, grease, and varying temperatures.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
